Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Customer Assistance: Help customers troubleshoot software issues through various communication channels like phone, email, or chat.

  2. Problem Diagnosis: Identify the root cause of technical problems reported by customers and provide effective solutions.

  3. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, reported issues, and solutions provided for future reference.

  4. Bug Reporting: Document and report software bugs to the development team for resolution.

  5. Training: Educate customers on how to effectively use the software and troubleshoot common issues independently.

  6. Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback to the development team to improve the software's usability and reliability based on customer experiences and reported issues.

  7. Escalation: Escalate complex issues or bugs to higher-level support or development teams for resolution if necessary.

  8. Customer Satisfaction: Politely request for client feedback about services you rendered.

  9. Tickets management: Ensuring the queues are all taken cared of and closed them timely.

  10. Other tasks: Other tasks may be assigned as the need arises.
